Stuffed Cucumbers Recipe
Ingredients
| Cucumbers | 3 Large | |
| Cooked ham | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Ground beef | 1/4 Pound | |
| Soft bread crumbs | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Milk | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Onion | 1 (Sauce:) | |
| Leek | 1 (Sauce:) | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce:) | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon (Sauce:) | |
| Broth | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce:) | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped (Sauce:) | |

| Salt | To Taste (Sauce:) | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon (Sauce:) | |
| Half-and-half - 1/2 cup | ||

| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Peel the cucumbers.
2) Cut them into halves lengthwise and take out the seeds.
3) Peel and finely chop onion.
4) Trim and finely chop leek.
MAKING
5) Combine ham with beef, bread crumbs, parsley, milk, egg and seasoning.
6) Stuff cucumbers with the mixture.
7) To make sauce, In a saucepan, melt butter and fry onion and leek till golden.
8) Sprinkle flour into pan and cook for 1 minute, while stirring.
9) Slowly add broth, then add parsley, a pinch each of paprika and salt and the vinegar.
10) Boil the mixture, keep stirring.
11) On top of sauce, arrange cucumbers and surround with any leftover stuffing.
12) Cover and cook gently for 30 minutes.
13) In between, turn cucumbers once or twice.
14) Add half-and-half into sauce, stir well and heat through uncovered for 2 minutes.
SERVING
