Stuffed Cucumber Slices Recipe
Ingredients
| Cucumber | 1 Large | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Celery salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Onions | 2 Small | |
| Cottage cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Paprika pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 5 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Cooked ham | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped |
Directions
MAKING
1. Wash and halve the cucumbers lengthwise and scoop the seeds out with a teaspoon
2. On the inside of one half, rub salt and celery salt
3. Peel and chop the onions finely
4. Push cottage cheese through the strainer till smooth and beat paprika and parsley into it; add ham and onions to it
5. Add this mixture into the unseasoned cucumber half and place the other half on top firmly and chill for twenty minutes
SERVING
6. Serve in slices along with green salad
