Stuffed Cornish Game Hens Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 4 whole Rock Cornish Game Hens (12 oz. each) | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Almond stuffing | ||
Directions
1. Place butter and paprika in 2-cup glass measure.
2. Microwave on ROAST for about 1 1/2 minutes or until melted; set aside.
3. Salt body cavities of hens. Fill each hen with stuffing. Tie legs together and wings to body. Arrange, breast side up and drumsticks toward center of microwave roasting rack, in 2-quart (12x7) glass baking dish. Brush with seasoned melted butter.
4. Microwave on HIGH for 30 to 35 minutes or until microwave meat thermometer registers 170° F. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
