Stuffed Cold Tomatoes Recipe

| Mint leaves | 3 , chopped | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Wine vinegar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cooked | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinaigrette | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1 To taste, finely chopped | |
| Pimento | 2 Tablespoon, pickled | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Using sharp knife and spoon, hollow tomatoes.
Discard insides and set shells aside.
Mix chopped mint, oil and vinegar together.
Season well and sprinkle in tomatoes; let stand 15 minutes.
Mix macaroni with remaining ingredients; let stand 15 minutes.
