Ingredients

 Clams1 1/2 Pound, shucked
 2 slices enriched white bread, made into crumbs
 Onion2 Ounce, minced
 1/2 canned medium tomato, chopped
 Mushrooms1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Vegetable oil2 Tablespoon
 Oregano1 Teaspoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Chop clams, place in bowl, and combine with remaining ingredients.
Spoon an equal amount of mixture into each shell, packing tightly.
Place on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F.
for 20 minutes.
Divide evenly.
