Stuffed Clams Oreganata Recipe
Ingredients
| Clams | 1 1/2 Pound, shucked | |
| 2 slices enriched white bread, made into crumbs | ||
| Onion | 2 Ounce, minced | |
| 1/2 canned medium tomato, chopped | ||
| Mushrooms | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Oregano | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Chop clams, place in bowl, and combine with remaining ingredients.
Spoon an equal amount of mixture into each shell, packing tightly.
Place on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F.
for 20 minutes.
Divide evenly.
