 Croutons2 Cup (16 tbs), seasoned
 Minced1 Can (10oz)
 Parmesan cheese2 Tablespoon, grated
 Onion flakes1/2 Teaspoon, dried
 Garlic powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash
 Butter/Margarine1 Tablespoon, melted
 Parsley flakes1 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Reserve 1/4 cup crouton crumbs.
In medium bowl, combine remaining crouton crumbs, clams, cheese, onion, garlic and pepper.
Spoon mixture into 4 ramekins or 6-ounce custard cups.
Blend reserved crumbs with butter and parsley.
Sprinkle on top of clams.
Cook at MEDIUM-HIGH 3 to 4 minutes, or until heated through.
