Dal Stuffed Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken, broiler : 1 | ||
| Green mung dal : 1 cup | ||
| Eggs : 2 hard boiled | ||
| Onions : 2 sliced | ||
| Garlic-ginger paste; 2 tbsp | ||
| Cashew nuts and raisins : 2 tbsp | ||
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon (For the stuffing:) | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon (For the stuffing:) | |
Directions
1. Boil mung dal till tender and dry out the water.
2. Add all the ingredients except onions and mix thoroughly.
3. Heat ghee in a pan. Fry sliced onions till transparent. Add green dal mixture and fry for another 5 minutes.
4. Set down from the fire and put in the whole hard-boiled eggs. Mix well.
5. Stuff half the mixture and one hard-boiled egg into the chicken.
6. Stuff both the legs crosswise into the opening and sew up the opening.
