 Chicken, broiler : 1
 Green mung dal : 1 cup
 Eggs : 2 hard boiled
 Onions : 2 sliced
 Garlic-ginger paste; 2 tbsp
 Cashew nuts and raisins : 2 tbsp
 Sugar1 Tablespoon (For the stuffing:)
 Oil2 Tablespoon (For the stuffing:)

Directions

1. Boil mung dal till tender and dry out the water.
2. Add all the ingredients except onions and mix thoroughly.
3. Heat ghee in a pan. Fry sliced onions till transparent. Add green dal mixture and fry for another 5 minutes.
4. Set down from the fire and put in the whole hard-boiled eggs. Mix well.
5. Stuff half the mixture and one hard-boiled egg into the chicken.
6. Stuff both the legs crosswise into the opening and sew up the opening.
