Ingredients

 24 red or yellow cherry tomatoes
 1/2 cup dry-curd cottage cheese
 Spinach1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 Basil1 Tablespoon, minced
 Snipped chives2 Teaspoon

Directions

Slice off the very tops of the tomatoes.
Use a small spoon to remove the insides; discard.
Turn the tomatoes upside down to drain while you prepare the filling.
In a small bowl, mix the cottage cheese, spinach, basil and chives.
Spoon into the tomatoes (or place in a pastry bag fitted with a large decorative tip; pipe the filling into the tomatoes).
