Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients
1 basket ripe cherry tomatoes
Piping Cheese
Parsley for garnish
Directions
Pull off and discard the stems of each cherry tomato, and rinse tomatoes.
Cut each three quarters of the way across or through; cut across the grain of the tomato, not from the top to the bottom.
Fill a piping bag with the piping cheese, hold the tomato open with one hand, and fill the mouth from the piping bag held in the other hand.
Garnish with parsley.
