Raw Chard Dolmas Recipe Video

| Barley | 1 Cup (16 tbs), soaked | |
| Onion | 1⁄2 Small, chopped finely | |
| Sea salt | 1⁄8 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1⁄8 Teaspoon | |
| Coriander seed | 1⁄8 Teaspoon | |
| Dill weed | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Cumin | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Fresh mint | 1 Tablespoon, chopped finely | |
| Fresh parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped finely | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cold pressed olive oil | 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon | |
| Chard leaves | 1 Bunch (100 gm) |

Directions
1. Soak the raw barley in water overnight.
2. Wash and clean the chard leaves by soaking it in apple cider vinegar and water.
MAKING
3. In a large bowl mix the barley, onion, sea salt, black pepper, coriander, cumin, dill, mint and parsley.
4. Mix and then add the lemon juice and cold pressed olive oil, toss everything up.
5. Take a chard leaf and place the mixture in the center and roll it up.
SERVING
6. Serve the rolled stuffed chard as a delicious appetizer.
