Stuffed Celery Sticks Recipe
Ingredients
| Celery - 1 head | ||
| Demi-sel cheese - 3 packets | ||
| Roquefort | 4 Ounce | |
| Milk cream | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika pepper | 1 To taste | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Wash and clean celery stalks thoroughly in cold water.
2) Trim the leafy ends and base.
MAKING
3) In a bowl beat cheese and cream together.
4) Spoon hollow celery stalks with this cheese filling.
5) Sprinkle little paprika pepper over it.
6) Cut crosswise into 1 1/2-inch (3-cm) pieces.
SERVING
7) Pass as an appetizer with drinks.
