 Capsicums15
 Cooked rice1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cooked, diced, vegetables, 2 cups (peas, carrots, etc)
 Onions2 , chopped
 Ginger1 Teaspoon, chopped
 Green chillies2 , chopped
 Turmeric1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt & lemon juice to taste
 Garam masala to taste
 Coriander leaves1/2 Bunch (100gm)
 Cumin seeds1/2 Teaspoon
 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Gram flour & bread crumbs to coat the capsicums
 Vanaspati or oil for frying

Directions

Heat two tablespoons oil.
Add cumin and onion.
Fry till lightly brown.
Add rice, vegetables and all the masalas.
Slit the capsicums and take out seeds without breaking the stem.
Stuff capsicums with the rice mixture.
Arrange stuffed capsicums on a sieve.
Steam the stuffed capsicums for 15 minutes.
Allow them to cool.
Take one cup gram flour.
Add enough salt, turmeric and chilli powder.
Using about 3/4 to 1 cup water prepare thick batter.
Dip capsicums one by one in batter.
Sprinkle bread crumbs.
Fry in deep hot oil.
