Stuffed Capsicum Recipe
Ingredients
| Capsicum | 1 | |
| Cottage cheese | 100 Gram | |
| Cashew bits 25 gms. | ||
| Green peas | 100 Gram | |
| Potato | 200 Gram | |
| Tomato | 100 Gram | |
| Onion | 1 | |
| Green chilli | 1 | |
| Coriander | 25 Gram | |
| Clove (grinder) 1/2 Tea Spoon | ||
| Big cardamom (grinded) 1/2 Tea Spoon | ||
| Clarified butter | 100 Gram | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1)Core capsicums and clean the insides.
2)Chop finely onion, tomato, chilli and coriander.
3)Peel potatoes and cut into small sized pieces. Boil the peas and potato , strain and mash.
4)Make small pieces of cottage cheese.
MAKING
5)In a frying pan, heat half of the clarified butter and fry the cottage cheese in it until golden in color.
6)Remove the fried cottage cheese and add in onions. Stir fry.
7)Add in mashed potatoes, peas, green chilli, coriander, spices and salt. Stir fry for 4 to 5 minutes.
8)Now add in the cottage cheese and cashew and mix well.
9)Fill capsicums with this mixture.
10)In a thick bottom frying pan, heat clarified butter and fry stuffed capsicums. Ensure all side get fried.
SERVING
11)Serve hot.
