Stuffed Capsicum Recipe
Stuffed Capsicum is easy to make recipe. Stuffed Capsicum gets its taste from capsicum stuffed by potatoes filling. Stuffed Capsicum is inspired by many food joints around the world.
Ingredients
| Small green capsicums 6-8 | ||
| Green peas | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Boiled potatoes | 3 | |
| Onion | 1 | |
| Red Chili powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Turmeric powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Mango powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Coriander seeds powder 1/4 tsp | ||
| Pomegranate seeds | To Taste | |
| Oil as required | ||

Directions
Wash and hollow the capsicums and boil them till tender.
In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and saute the onions until translucent.
Add the mashed potatoes, peas and dry spices and cook them together.
Stuff the potato mixture into the capsicums and tie them with a thread.
Fry or bake the capsicums until done from all sides.
