Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe
Ingredients
| Green bell peppers | 6 Medium | |
| 3 cup Savory Spanish Rice | ||
| Tomato sauce | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
1. Wash and core peppers. Steam for 20 minutes.
2. Fill each with 1/2 cup Savory Spanish Rice.
3. Place in a casserole and top with tomato sauce. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, or until tender.
