Prawn Stuffed Avocado Recipe
Ingredients
| Ripe avocado | 1 | |
| 2 ounces baby prawns | ||
| Chopped ginger | 1/2 Ounce, preserved | |
| Pineapple | 1/2 Ounce, canned | |
| Thousand island dressing | 2 Ounce | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1 Pinch | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Slice the avocado lengthwise and des tone.
2.Try to scoop the fruit flesh with a spoon and once done make small pieces of it.
3.In a small mixing bowl, put cubed avocado, baby prawns, stem ginger, fresh or canned pineapple, dressing and cayenne pepper.
4.Stir all the ingredients well.
5.Fill the mixture in avocado skins.
SERVING
6.Take a china avocado dish, put lettuce leave on it, place the avocado refills and top with sliced lemons, cucumbers and parsley sprigs.
