Ingredients

 Apricot1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cream cheese1
 Milk2 Tablespoon
 Salt1 Dash
 Dates1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 French dressing

Directions

Drain apricots and reserve syrup for other uses.
Beat cheese, milk, and salt until light and fluffy.
Stir in dates and stuff apricot halves with mixture.
Put on salad greens and garnish each serving with a cherry.
