Veggies Stuffed Pork Loin Pockets Recipe Video

Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Chopped celery | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Shredded carrot | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Loin pork | 1 (0.5 Inch Thick) | |
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Black pepper | 1⁄8 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Mushroom | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) |
Directions
1. Cut 1/2 inch pocket of pork loin.
2. Stuff pocket with equal amounts of onion, celery and carrot.
3. Sprinkle olive oil over loin.
4. Sprinkle the loin with black pepper and parsley.
5. Medium heat the skillet.
6. Fry loin over skillet.
7. Flip it half way. (loin should not remain pink)
8. Set the skillet aside.
9. Put fried loin on a plate.
10. Add mushroom gravy to fried loin.
11. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
