Stroganoff Steakwiches Recipe

| Onion | 1 Large, sliced and separated into rings | |
| Sliced fresh mushrooms | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Beef round steak | 3⁄4 Pound, cut into thin strips | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Hamburger buns/Kaiser rolls | 4 , split, toasted, and buttered | |
| Paprika | To Taste |

Directions
Cook onion and mushrooms in butter till tender but not brown; push vegetables to one side of skillet.
Add steak strips; cook and stir over medium high heat till steak is browned.
Blend together sour cream, sugar, salt, and dry mustard.
Stir into steak mixture in skillet.
Heat through over low heat; do not boil.
Spoon stroganoff over toasted and buttered rolls; sprinkle with paprika.
