Stroganoff Burgers Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground chuck | 1 pound | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Small, minced | |
| Mushrooms | 7 , diced | |
| 1 teaspoon beef bouillon crystals | ||
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 2 hamburger rolls, split and buttered or 2 French rolls, split and buttered | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
Directions
Shape meat into 4 patties.
In a frying pan, melt butter; saute onion and mushrooms until tender.
Add bouillon crystals, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce; heat to steaming.
Broil patties 4 to 5 minutes on one side; turn and broil 2 to 3 minutes.
Toast rolls.
Top each roll half with a meat patty, a serving of sauce and a sprinkle of parsley.
Makes 4 servings.
