String Beans Lyonnaise Recipe
Ingredients
| Bacon Slices | 4 , diced | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 teasp. tarragon vinegar | ||
| Speck pepper | ||
| 4 c. hot, cooked or canned string beans | ||
Directions
Saute diced bacon in a skillet until brown.
Remove bacon from skillet, and reserve.
To bacon fat remaining in skillet, add the onion, and saute until tender.
Add the seasonings and cooked bacon; pour over beans.
Mix lightly with a fork, and serve.
