Streusel-Glazed Coffee Cake Recipe

Ingredients
Yeast - 2 packages
Milk – 1 cup
Butter – 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Egg custard mix – 1 package (2 5/8 ounces)
Flour - 3 1/2 to 4 cups
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
Confectioners' sugar - 2 cups
Directions
GETTIG READY
1) Preheat oven to 400° F.
2) Take 1/4 cup warm water and soften yeast in it.
3) Lightly grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
MAKING
4) Take a saucepan and simmer 1 cup milk in it until heated through.
5) Add 1/4 butter, custard mix and salt. Stir until nicely blended.
6) Cool mixture until lukewarm.
7) Add 3 to 3 1/2 cups flour and yeast mixture. Mix nicely.
8) Cover and let rise in a warm place for a minimum for about 45 minutes or until light and double in bulk.
9) Take a small bowl and combine sugar, cinnamon and 1 1/2 cups flour in it.
10) Cut in 1/4 cup of butter until mixture begins to resemble coarse meal.
11) Put dough on a lightly floured surface and knead at least 12 times.
12) Spread in the prepared pan.
13) Cover and let rise for about 30 minutes.
14) Sprinkle with bread crumb mixture and bake for about 18 minutes.
15) Melt remaining butter.
16) Add 2 tablespoons milk and confectioners' sugar. Mix until smooth.
