 Red onion1⁄2 Medium, diced
 Thai green chili1 Small, diced
 Spanish peanuts8 Ounce (1 Canister)
 Salt1⁄4 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
 Tomato1⁄2 , diced
 Cilantro1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Lime juice1 Tablespoon (Of 1/2 Lime)

Directions

Heat pan on medium flame and add oil
Add onions and chili and saute for a 1-2 minutes, keeping onions crunchy.
Mix in peanuts and salt and saute for another few minutes (peanuts should soften slightly).
Turn off flame, mix in tomatoes, cilantro and lime.
Serve and enjoy!
