Strawberry Yogurt Sundae Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pint strawberries, cleaned, hulled | ||
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Plain yogurt | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Grated chocolate | ||
| Pistachio nuts | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Whipped cream | ||
Directions
Reserve several strawberries for garnish.
Puree remainder in blender or food processor.
Combine pureed strawberries, sugar, yogurt, and vanilla.
Spoon into individual dessert dishes.
Garnish with chocolate, nuts, and dab of whipped cream.
