Strawberry-Yogurt Pie Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
 
1/4 cup boiling water
 
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
 
1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
1 cup whipping cream
 
3/4 cup plain yogurt
 
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
 
2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
 
1/3 cup strawberry jelly, melted

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, and set aside.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla, beat until light and fluffy.
Add whipping cream, beat until soft peaks form.
Add yogurt and gelatin mixture, mixing until smooth.
Spoon filling into graham cracker crust.
Chill at least 4 hours.
Arrange strawberries on top of pie, drizzle jelly over berries.
