Strawberry-Rhubarb Marmalade Recipe
Ingredients
5 c. diced rhubarb
2 c. sugar
1 qt. Strawberries
Directions
Combine fruits and sugar in kettle; let stand until sugar is moistened by fruit juices.
Bring to a boil over low heat; simmer, stirring frequently, for 20 minutes or until mixture sheets from spoon.
Pour into hot sterilized 8-ounce jars.
Seal with melted paraffin.
