Strawberry Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients
1 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Confectioners' sugar
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
5 tbsp. melted butter
2 boxes strawberries, sliced
Directions
Sift flour, salt and 2 tablespoons sugar.
Beat eggs until light; stir in milk.
Blend egg and flour mixtures until just moistened.
Stir in butter.
Drop by spoon- fuls onto hot griddle.
Bake until underside is golden brown and bubbles appear on surface.
Turn; bake other side.
Remove pancakes to large plate; heap with strawberries.
Roll pancakes; sprinkle with addi- tional confectioners' sugar.
Garnish with crisp bacon and whole strawberries.
