Pastry for High-Collared 1 Crust Pie
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
4 cups halved fresh strawberries
Directions
Prepare pie shell, bake, and cool.
Blend cream cheese with maple syrup; stir in sour cream.
Pour into cooled pie shell, cover filling with waxed paper, and chill about 3 hours.
Drizzle strawberries generously with maple syrup; chill.
Top cheese filling with strawberries.
