Strawberry Magic Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 env. plain gelatin | ||
| Strawberry preserves | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 baked 8-in. pie shell | ||
| Whipped cream | ||
Directions
Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup water; place over low heat, stirring until dissolved.
Add preserves and lemon juice; beat in sour cream.
Pour into pie shell; chill.
Top with whipped cream.
