Strawberry Jelly Cream Recipe

Ingredients

 3/4 package strawberry flavored gelatin
 1 x 13 1/2 oz can strawberries
 Juice of 1/2 lemon
 Sour cream2 Tablespoon

Directions

Break up the jelly and place in a pan.
Strain in the juice from the strawberries.
Heat gently to dissolve the jelly.
Allow to cool a little then stir in the lemon juice and strawberries, reserving a few for decoration.
Add the sour cream and blend well.
Leave until just beginning to set, then stir to evenly distribute the strawberries.
Spoon into two serving glasses.
Leave to set, then decorate with the remaining strawberries.
