Strawberry Icing Recipe
Ingredients
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 pkg. frozen strawberries, drained
Directions
Place egg whites, sugar, salt and strawberries in top of double boiler; beat for 1 minute with rotary beater over boiling water.
Remove from heat; beat with electric mixer until of spreading consistency or about 5 minutes.
