Strawberry Ice-cream Soda Recipe
Ingredients
| Strawberries | 2 Tablespoon, mashed | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cream | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Vanilla ice cream scoop | 1 | |
| Soda water | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chilled |
Directions
Use blender, or mix in bowl with hand beater.
To mashed fresh or barely thawed frozen berries add sugar and cream.
Mix together, add ice cream and beat till thoroughly blended.
Pour into serving glass; fill with chilled soda water, and serve at once.
