Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Strawberries | 1 Pint, mashed | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Juice of 1/2 lemon | ||
| Vanilla | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Whipping cream | 1/2 Pint, Whipped | |
| Cream | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Add sugar to berries, stirring well; add egg, lemon juice and vanilla.
Mix well.
Fold whipped cream into strawberry mixture.
Pour into freezer tray; freeze for 30 minutes.
Stir in cream; return to freezer for 30 minutes.
Remove from freezer; stir well.
Return to freezer until ready to serve.
