Strawberry Ice Recipe
Ingredients
2 c. sugar
1 qt. strawberries, sieved
Juice of 2 lemons
4 egg whites, lightly
Directions
Combine sugar and 1 cup water; bring to a boil.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Cool slightly; add strawberries and lemon juice.
Pour into freezer tray; freeze.
Cook for 5 minutes.
