Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Recipe

In food processor, puree 2 cups (500 mL) whole strawberries with 1/3 cup (75 mL) instant dissolving (fruit/berry) sugar.
Blend in 1/2 cup (125 mL) plain yogurt and 1 tbsp (15 mL) orange juice.
Freeze in ice-cream maker following manufacturer's instructions.
(Or, transfer to shallow metal cake pan; freeze until almost solid.
Break into chunks and process in: food, processor until smooth.
Freeze in chilled airtight container for 30 to 60 minutes or until firm.) (The frozen yogurt can be stored in the freezer for up to 4 days.) Let soften in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
