Strawberry freeze is a frozen dessert made with strawberries, sour cream and sugar. Simply beaten together and frozen, this dessert is easy to prepare and serve.

Combine 2 cups dairy sour cream, one 10 ounce package frozen strawberries (partially thawed), and 1 cup sugar.
Partially freeze in 1 quart refrigerator tray.
Beat smooth, about 1 minute.
Return to tray and freeze firm.
