Strawberry Fluff Pie Recipe
The strawberry fluff pie is a sweet pie made with a vanilla wafer crust. Prepared with sweetened strawberry, sugar , eggs and heavy cream, the strawberry fluff is a frozen pie that can be served with strawberry sauce if desired.
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Confectioner’s sugar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| 1 9 inch Vanilla wafer Crust | ||
| Strawberries | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sweetened | |
| Heavy cream | 2 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped | |
Directions
Cream butter; gradually stir in confectioners' sugar.
Add eggs; beat till fluffy.
Spoon into Vanilla wafer Crust; smooth top.
Fold strawberries into whipped cream (for extra rich pie, use 2 cups).
Spread over butter mixture; trim with additional crumbs.
Chill till firm, 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
