Ingredients
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 T. lemon juice
1 t. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Directions
Place all ingredients except whipped cream in a large mixing bowl.
Beat with an electric mixer for 20 minutes.
Fold in the whipped cream.
Pour into oblong dish, top with remaining crumbs.
Place in freezer overnight until ready to use.
