Strawberry crepe Recipe
Yummy strawberries for dessert. I just love it. This strawberry crepe is a wonderful way to enjoy this delicious fruit. A lovely ending to a great evening.

Ingredients
1 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Powdered sugar
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
5 tbsp. melted butter
2 pkg. frozen strawberries,thawed
Directions
Sift flour, salt and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar together.
Beat eggs until light; add milk, mixing well.
Add butter^ Pour in enough batter to cover bottom of 8-inch hot greased frying pan.
Brown crepes on both sides.
Repeat until all batter is used.
Spoon strawberries onto each crepe(you could also add some of your other favorite fruits); roll up as for jelly roll.
Sprinkle crepes with powdered sugar; garnish with whole unstemmed strawberries.
