Strawberry Cream Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Package cream cheese | 1 8 Ounce, softened | |
| Orange juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 10-oz Package frozen strawberries | ||
| 1 3-oz. package strawberry gelatin | ||
Directions
Blend mayonnaise and cream cheese; mix well.
Blend in orange juice gradually.
Thaw strawberries; drain, reserving 1/2 cup syrup.
Dissolve gelatin in 11/2 cups boiling water; add strawberry syrup.
Stir gelatin into mayonnaise mixture; chill until slightly thick- ened.
Fold in strawberries; pour into 1-quart mold.
Chill until firm.
