Ingredients
Strawberries
Kirsch or Cointreau, if desired
Sugar
Sour cream
Directions
Halve strawberries and sweeten with sugar.
Add kirsch or Cointreau, if desired.
Before folding, spread half the cooked omelet with a little sour cream and top with drained berries.
Fold and turn out on plate.
Add additional strawberries.
