| Strawberry jello | 6 Ounce | |
| Condensed milk | 1 Can (10 oz) | |
| Coconut flakes | 1 Pound | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Red food coloring | 1 Pinch | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Powdered sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Green food coloring | 1 Pinch |

Directions
Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl mix the remaining strawberry ingredients, kneading together very well until a soft dough is formed.
Cover the mixture and refrigerate overnight.
The next day form the dough into small strawberries.
One by one drop them into the reserved jello powder, covering them entirely with the powder.
Set aside.
To form the stems, in a small bowl combine the butter, some powdered sugar and a few drops of green food coloring and mix until you have a soft paste.
Shape into stem ends.
Fit them over the bottoms of the strawberries.
Set the finished strawberries on a platter, cover and refrigerate.
When ready to serve, arrange them in a candy box or on a serving platter.
These strawberry candies keep very well if covered securely and refrigerated.
