Flavored butters are tasty on simple tea breads, hot Biscuits or scones.
In small bowl, beat 1/2 cup (125 mL) softened butter until light and creamy; beat in 2 tbsp (25 mL) icing sugar.
Beat in 1/4 cup (50 mL) crushed strawberries (about 1/2 cup/125 mL whole berries).
Spoon into serving dish.
Makes about 3/4 cup (175 mL).
