Directions

Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
Remove any unmelted ice.
Let stand until thickened, 5 to 10 minutes.
Stir in banana and pour into serving bowl.
Chill until set, about 1 hour.
Serve topped with mixed fresh fruit.
