Strawberry-Banana Crepes Recipe

Ingredients
3/4 cup water
2 cups strawberries, crushed
2 cups strawberries, halved
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup Curacao or other orange liqueur
3 medium bananas, quartered
8 warm dessert crepes
Directions
In a medium saucepan add 3/4 cup water to 2 cups crushed strawberries.
Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes.
Strain.
Combine sugar and cornstarch and gradually stir into hot strawberry mixture.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles.
Remove from heat.
Stir in liqueur and set aside 1 cup of glaze.
Stir half of the strawberry halves into remaining glaze.
Spread 3 tablespoons glaze on each crepe and roll up.
Place in chafing dish or large fry pan with the rest of strawberry halves and quartered bananas.
Pour reserved glaze over top; cover and heat through.
Serve warm.
