Strawberry-Banana Cream Recipe

3 medium bananas, peeled, wrapped in a plastic bag, and frozen overnight
 
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
 
2 tablespoons honey
 
2 cups sliced, hulled strawberries

Directions

1. When ready to serve, cut frozen bananas into 1-inch slices.
2. Place yogurt and honey in a food processor or blender. Process until combined. Add banana slices and process until smooth.
3. Spoon yogurt-banana mixture into the bottom of four parfait or other tall glasses. Spoon in a layer of strawberries. Continue alternating layers of yogurt-banana mixture and strawberries.
