Strawberry and Sour Cream Ambrosia Recipe
Strawberry and sour cream Ambrosia…a treat for both the eyes and the tastebuds. A quick and easy delight you would just love the melt in your mouth feel.
Ingredients
Strawberries -1 pt
Sugar - 1 tbsp.
Miniature marshmallows - 1/4 lb.
Shredded coconut - 1/4 c.
Sour cream - 1 c.
Directions
MAKING
1) Quarter all but 4 of the strawberries.
2) Mix sugar with the quartered strawberries. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
3) Fold the sugar mixture, marshmallows, and coconut into sour cream.
4) Refrigerate for 1 hour or longer.
5) Lightly add into a pile in a sherbet glasses.
SERVING
6) Garnish with the kept aside whole strawberries.
