Strawberry Mango Milkshake Recipe Video

A simple to make milkshake recipes. I made this milkshake for breakfast yesterday and let me tell ya, I almost forgot how good it was!! And talk about easy... So I pulled it out from the archives and decided to bring it back for another round! It's perfect for these hot summer days!

Did you know? Mangoes are high in Vitamin A, and contain beta carotene. The darker orange flesh has the most vitamin A, but without a doubt all mangoes have a lot of vitamins and minerals. Mangoes are a good source of Vitamin C too!

Ingredients

 
* 1/2 cup of skim milk
 
* 1/3 cup of low fat plain yogurt
 
* 2 tsp. vanilla extract
 
* 3 tbsp. of honey
 
* 1 mango, peeled and roughly chopped
 
* 10 hulled strawberries
 
* 6 ice cubes
 
Makes 2 shakes.

Directions

Toss all ingredients into a blender and blend for about 15 seconds...Enjoy!! *Remember to put the liquids on the bottom;).
