Strawberry Yogurt Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
1 4 serving size package reduced calorie instant chocolate or vanilla pudding mix
1 cup skim milk
2 8 ounce cartons plain low fat yogurt
2 cups sliced strawberries
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl beat pudding mix and milk with an electric mixer or rotary beater till smooth.
Stir in yogurt.
Gently stir in strawberries.
Divide among 8 airtight containers.
Chill overnight.
Store up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
