Strawberry Soup Recipe

Ingredients
10-oz pkg (300 g) frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed
2 tsp (10 ml) sugar juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp (3 ml) almond extract
1 cup (240 ml) Low Fat Strawberry Yogurt
8 oz (240 ml) champagne
Directions
Puree the strawberries in a blender or food processor.
Add the sugar, lemon juice and almond extract, then the yogurt and champagne.
Blend until very smooth.
Chill for at least 3 hours.
